OHATLAST Legal Docs Prep was founded by Dennis Wahome (aka Dennis or Mr. D), a California Immigration Consultant (Bond # TCS21549) and Legal Document Assistant (LDA) (Bond # 3804049).
Dennis’ experience relative to handling and preparation of court documents dates as far back as 1998. Since that time, on varied occasions, he has worked as a Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant for various entities, including self-employment.
Some notable past employers, if temporary and/or on contract, have included Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (New York), Milbank LLP (New York), McCarter & English LLP (New Jersey), Prudential Financial (New Jersey), Nexsen Pruet LLC (S. Carolina), and Amgen (California).
